We carefully package all live plants with moisture retention and protective materials. Most of our plants are tissue culture varieties which arrive in sealed cups, ensuring they're pest-free and healthy. We recommend next-day or express delivery for live plants.
Yes! We offer delivery throughout South Africa. Our store is located in KwaZulu-Natal, and we ship nationally. Delivery fees vary based on location and order size. For live plants, we recommend express courier services that can deliver within 1-2 days to ensure plant health. Collection available at our KZN store by prior arrangement.
We take great care in packaging, but if anything arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund. For live plants, we offer a guarantee if proper care instructions are followed.
