3. Orders & Payment

3.1 Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Order confirmation does not signify acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we ship your order or charge your payment method.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment through PayFast (credit/debit cards) and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Payment must be received before orders are processed and shipped.

3.3 Payment Security

All payment processing is handled securely through PayFast or direct bank transfer. We do not store credit card information on our servers. Your payment details are encrypted and transmitted securely.

3.4 Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately at sales@artterrafusion.com. Once an order has shipped, our Returns & Refunds Policy applies.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to:

4.1 Delivery Timeframes

We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and courier availability. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

4.2 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are in the courier's possession, but we will assist with insurance claims where applicable.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Return Eligibility

Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging. Certain products (live plants, opened consumables) are not eligible for return unless defective.
